I developed the SalesStreamliner sales management portal for channel sales professionals because I experienced the exact pain points most channel partners feel. I was frustrated with MS Word quotes and orders, tracking Excel spreadsheets, and entering data into disjointed systems when I recognized the immense need for sales professionals to eliminate these time-sinking administrative tasks. So I developed an online portal to do these tasks for me.

As a result, I eliminated our sales paperwork, growing our local CRM software business to the largest national ACT! Reseller and hosting provider in its time. This sales automation allowed our team to save time and work more efficiently-- which meant we could sell more. With our secret weapon, we could work anytime from anywhere, closing deals and collecting payment in minutes on our Blackberries (before iPhone, that’s how long I’ve used and trusted this software). From the sidelines of my kids’ football games to the chairlifts of ski vacations, SalesStreamliner proves to be invaluable and the key to work-life freedom, and I want you to have it too.

My professional background incorporates over 20 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience as a CRM software VAR and national CRM hosting provider. Extensive industry experience combined with channel sales and operational design expertise led me to develop an innovative sales automation software solution designed for channel partners called SalesStreamliner.

Way-back, before venturing into CRM software and consulting for SMB, I worked with enterprise companies providing business process improvement and operational design for companies like WilTel Communications. Ameritech Cellular, First Energy Services, First Energy Nuclear Operation Company, Moen, and Westfield Insurance.
